At this time, we only deliver within Egypt.

Order Preparation:
Orders are packaged and prepared on the same day after confirmation. Please note that preparation time is not included in the shipping period.

Order Changes or Cancellation:
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, changes may not be possible.

Shipping Time:

• Cairo, Giza: Delivery within 2-3 days

• Rest of Egypt: Delivery within 2-5

Shipping fees vary by location. Delivery dates and times are estimates and may change based on availability.

Working Days:
Shipping and delivery occur on working days only; Fridays and public holidays are excluded.

Note: During sale periods or promotional offers, delivery times may take longer than usual.

Incorrect Address:
Providing an incorrect shipping address may delay order processing and delivery until the address is corrected.
